Electrically operated Keg Pumps
- The 24v DC electrically operated grease pump fits directly onto standard kegs of grease
- No re-filling of reservoirs is required
- No filling equipment is required
- New kegs can be replaced quickly and easily on site saving time
- Less likelihood on contamination
Automatic monitored Lubrication Systems
Mobile plant fitted with the electric keg pump or the heavy duty industrial pump (HDI) will deliver grease to the bearings or pins at pre-determined intervals in calculated amounts through progressive divider valves.
With Dump trucks and ADT”s The Progressive system has many advantages:
- Systems will not air lock
- Systems can be monitored for correct operation visually and/or electrically
- Dividers will feed all points in turn without ever missing a point out
- The divider valves can be operated with a standard side lever
- Grease gun, as a back-up if ever the main pump was damaged
