Hammer
MSP are leaders in the design, supply and installation of automated centralised lubrication systems which dispense most lubricants, including heavy viscosity NLGI 2 General Purpose Grease.
MSP grease lubrication systems for hammers, excavators and shovel operators...
MSP lubrication systems are conceived to meet the most challenging requirements of the Construction Industry. The systems are designed to minimise friction and reduce wear and tear on tools such as Hammers and Grippers and other hydraulically driven devices. The Pumps lubricate continuously and reliable throughout a machines operation cycle.
MSP offer two system options:
Option 1: (Electric heavy duty Industrial Grease Pump HDI)
The MSP system comprises of a 24V Electric grease pump with 3, 6, 9 or 15 KG Perspex grease reservoir. The pump will have no controller but will be wired directly to the machine.
On operation of the Hammer the pump would operate and deliver Hammer Grease/paste directly to the hammer via one high pressure flexible pipe. The grease pump would not deliver if the Hammer is not activating.
Option 2: (Hydraulic Heavy Duty Grease Pump SLH)
The MSP system comprises of a hydraulically operated Electric grease pump with 3, 6, 9 or 15 KG Perspex grease reservoir. The pump will have no controller but will be connected to the hydraulics of the machine.
On operation of the Hammer the pump would operate and deliver Hammer Grease/paste directly to the hammer via one high pressure flexible pipe.
The grease pump would not deliver if the Hammer is not activating.
System Benefits
