MSP systems have been specifically designed to meet the many varied and often arduous conditions faced by the construction industry, in particular for Mobile Plant applications.
Typically MSP offers these two system options:
Option 1: (Heavy duty Industrial Pump HDI)
This MSP system comprises of a 24V Electric grease pump with 3, 6, 9 or 15 Kg Perspex Grease Reservoir. The pump has an inbuilt fully-adjustable control timer and has a manual override facility.
On operation the pump delivers lubricant to a primary divider valve with visual flow indicator pin. The primary valve then delivers lubricant in set amounts to divider valves mounted relatively close to the applications points, keeping pipe work to a minimum.
The Secondary divider valves dispense small, precise amounts of lubricant to each point in turn never, missing a key part out. This leads to optimum operating performance.
Option 2: (Electric Keg Pump system)
Our Electric Keg Pump system operates via a logic controller which monitors the systems operation at all times. This Keg Pump sits directly atop a standard tub of grease, which on operation delivers the lubricant through a divider valve system as detailed above.
The Electric Keg System can be supplied with a manual back up facility (Hose Reel).
This option enables additional smaller pieces of mobile kit to be lubricated from the one station, or it can be used for additional lubrication of the front end of an Excavator.
In some applications the Hose Reel facility is used to lubricate the front end of a loading shovel where it is practically impossible to keep pipes in situ when the machine is in full operation.
