Case study 1: Monitored oil system
As the latest custom solution, MSP have designed a fully automatic, monitored progressive lubrication system to apply a small, calculated amount of lubrication to each connected point in turn with low lubricant level indicators and control system and manual override facilities.

Case study 2: Hanson Quarry 'Criggion'
MSP designed, supplied and fitted a bespoke solution that would survive the harsh operating quarry environment, as 65% of bearing failures result from inadequate lubrication.
Lubrication of static plant
The installation of centralised grease systems will:
- Reduce down-time of your plant
- Reduce time spent manually greasing
- Eliminate inaccessible grease nipples (lubrication points behind guards etc)
- Ensure the correct amount of lubricant is applied at regular and precise intervals, irrespective of time
